At Hitelecom's electronics manufacturing facility, each production step follows documented work instructions and inspection criteria aligned with applicable industry standards. With a target defect rate of 30 ppm, we operate a continuous-improvement quality management system with regular reviews and process optimization.

Reliability

For its proprietary products, Hitelecom designs for durability and long-term stability: selected materials, proven IoT design practices, and controlled manufacturing processes help devices maintain performance under demanding temperature and humidity conditions.

We also work long-term with qualified semiconductor laboratories, using custom burn-in test fixtures that simulate high temperature, moisture, and pressure conditions to verify device functionality, longevity, and moisture resistance under continuous power.

Every product undergoes an aging test before leaving the factory, supporting stable operation in the field.

Hitelecom Electronics operates a production line equipped for precision assembly. High-precision placement equipment handles miniature components (01005 packages and BGAs with a 0.35 mm pitch) with accurate positioning on the circuit board. Simultaneously, our advanced inspection tools, such as 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection systems, and functional testing equipment, are crucial for detecting and correcting any potential defects during the production process. This is vital for meeting the high standards of complex electronic products and for product consistency and reliability.

The EU RoHS Directive restricts ten substances in electrical and electronic equipment: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE, DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP.
